EXCHANGES FOR STORE CREDIT are accepted within 7 days after tracking states your package has been delivered. NO returns on custom orders. Custom orders are final sale. ALL SPECIAL ORDERS AND SKIN CARE ARE FINAL SALE
If returning through the mail you must notify Love Locked that a package is being returned and please include a tracking number and item being returned. Item must be insured and we are not responsible for an item lost in the mail.
